2. All orders are carefully hand-picked and inspected at our atelier
3. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment
4. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s import regulations.

• Free Shipping: For orders over USD $50 via EMS. Delivery typically within 15-25 business days after shipment.

4. Returns and Exchanges

4.1 Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• In original condition with all tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

4.2 Process

2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and instructions
3. Securely package the item with original packaging and packing slip
4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box
5. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
6. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed

4.3 Refunds

Upon approval, refunds are processed to the original payment method:

• 5-10 business days for credit card refunds (depending on your bank)
• 24-48 hours for PayPal refunds

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
