Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same elegance and care as our collections, ensuring a resolution that honors your experience.
Our Policy Overview
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Please Note: Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
To preserve the integrity and exclusivity of certain delicate and personalized creations, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Beaded Gowns & Glitter Gowns: Due to the intricate, hand-applied nature of the beadwork and sequins, which is susceptible to damage.
- 3D Floral items: The delicate, three-dimensional floral embellishments are highly fragile.
We encourage you to review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing these statement pieces.
The Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps to ensure a smooth and timely process:
- Submit Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, please email our style partners at [email protected] with your request. Use the template provided below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
- Ship Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, include the original packing slip, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our atelier, our quality team will inspect the item. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds: Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please allow:
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- 24-48 hours for refunds to PayPal accounts.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Store Credit: If you choose store credit, an electronic gift card will be emailed to you immediately upon approval of your return.
Exchanges
For exchanges to a different size or color (subject to availability), we will ship the new item once the return is received and approved. Standard shipping charges will apply for the new shipment. For expedited exchanges, please indicate this in your request email, and we will guide you through an advanced exchange process, which may involve placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
